DISPUTE RESOLUTION
There are two things that you can do with our Assisted
Disputed Resolution (ADR) Services.
Firstly, we provide Mediators and Facilitators. We have a
litigation mediation agreement and a mediation agreement
outside litigation suitable for facilitation and similar dispute
resolution techniques well before or quite separate from
legal proceedings.
Secondly, we will assist in developing an ADR policy
tailored for your local government area by working with
you and other stakeholders over a 12 month period.
The policy will be suitable as a Local Laws Policy and/or
a Planning Scheme Policy. The outline of our services
can be negotiated to suit your needs.
