SEMINARS
ASSISTED DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A Direction Worth Pursuing….
Following the successful 2002 seminar series
EcoDirections is continuing to offer the ADR Information
Seminars.
John Haydon, Barrister at Law will be holding specifically
arranged inhouse seminars throughout 2003.
Using an interactive and practical approach these inhouse seminars will examine case studies and
video presentations, encourage debate and provide detailed and up to date information and statistics.
Public presentations are also an option as part of
a Conference or as a specific Seminar.
The main objectives of the seminars are to demonstrate:
- How to reach mutually beneficial win – win formats
for concerned parties;
- How ADR will save you time and money and keep you out
of court;
- Demonstrate the different types of ADR; and
Outline early intervention options.
Our research shows that as people get to know more
about ADR the more they are likely to use ADR to resolve
their disputes.

ADR can be used quite separately from legal proceedings.
We have two draft agreements in Word so that
the agreement can be tailored to the particular circumstances of the dispute. The mediation agreement outside litigation is
suitable for facilitation and similar dispute resolution techniques that can benefit from the assistance of
a third party neutral. The litigation mediation agreement is
available as a separate document.
